1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By visiting apothis.co or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from apothis.co. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

All products are available in limited quantities with no guarantees of availability. Product listings and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, cancel orders intended for commercial resale, or refuse service at our discretion.

Presale items are offered prior to production completion. Purchasing a presale item acknowledges that ship dates are estimated, not guaranteed. Presale orders are final.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed in full at time of order, including presale items. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION

Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt — they are not acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment with a full refund. Once shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on apothis.co — including the Apothis name, logo, wordmark, product designs, imagery, and copy — is the exclusive property of Apothis and is protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use will be pursued.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully; purchase for unauthorized resale; submit fraudulent orders or payment information; use automated tools to access or purchase from the Site; harass Apothis staff or community members; or misrepresent your identity.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apothis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apothis and its affiliates from any claims or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or use of the Site.
